This item is disappointing, no flashes of colour as pictured on TJC, OVERPRICED considering the non quality of the stones.

DW2834713 Order shipped on the 15th Jan. Still not arrived. Refusing to refund/replace. Keep saying it will arrive eventually! Would avoid as they don't like to resolve any issues.You say that but what are you going to do about the situation? Can you send a replacement? Tracking hasn't changed once at all since the day you provided tracking.

I have been a customer of TJC right from the start and in the first years (the jewellery only years) bought many lovely items and not had a complaint about any. Since branching out I have bought perfume, clothes, led lights and various other items as well as still buying jewellery. I wouldn't have stuck with them for all these years if I had not been happy with all the items I have bought and of course the presenters are all great and good fun to watch

Lovely ring just as described didn't arrive in time for my birthday even though paid for next day delivery but still pleased with purchase


My complaint was not resolved. I am unable to check my basket out on line and have rung Customer services on 3 occasions. They have advised that they get I touch with IT and get it resolved. I have cancelled my TJC PLUS membership as I am unable to use your website. I will renew my membership once ghus situation is resolved.

I ordered the deal of the day earrings when they came they were tiny plus wrong colour of diamonds either were sent back but I have to say really quick to refund

Not happy with service after using Web chat and phonecall regarding TJCPLUS and delivery charges that was not rectified

Fast efficient service liked the product but I ordered a larger size than normal and was very small which cost £7.50 to return

Warning!!! Please be aware if you need a delivery by Xmas Eve. Review is based on delivery and postage.Ordered 2 sets of earrings 14th Dec.Received an email on 16th Dec advising my order had been despatched by standard delivery costing £5.99. Yes, £5.99!!! It's the 21st Dec and I'm still awaiting the delivery. Hope the earrings are worth the wait. Update:Thank you for your reply. So, just to confirm for customers information, from the date of order to the date of delivery, it can take up to 8 days to receive an order.

Update this situation has been remedied i have been told that a bottle of Testament has been shipped to Ireland and the other order has been refunded. I really enjoy watching and purchasing from TJC. I would normally give 5+ thats how much I think their products are worth especially textiles though I found myself in a conundrum when it came to delivery of a Christmas gift it couldn't get much worse. Ordered Testament perfume November 26 plus £6.99 shipping to Ireland charged for it but after several attempts to get to the bottom of where it is I was told they dont even have the product dont know when it will be in stock So how can they charge you legally? But this was just the beginning I was promised by their call centre that they had cancelled my original order and discovered that they had some in stock so created another order only to find out that was all a complete lie and never cancelled DW2713145 but now order 20728123 cant be cancelled. One thing I will say if a item isn't in stock let the customer know its far easier way than what I had to go through
